Well, we are finally on the road to getting back together with the easing of lockdown and it can’t come too soon for most of us. Our first rehearsal back is on Monday 12th. July at our new venue; St. Luke’s Methodist Church, Clayton. It’s been a frustrating time during lockdown as I’m sure it has been for everyone, but we’ve had so many invitations, from all around the UK and abroad since we were awarded Best UK Choir at the Cornwall International Festival of Male Voices in 2019 and it’s been very disappointing that we haven’t been able to take any of them up. But; onwards and upwards, and I’m sure that once our croaky voices have been honed back into shape we’ll be able to move forward.
